HELLO!!
I have graduate in septemeber 2022 from JMC academy in Sydney Australia, specialising in Cinematography, post production, Design for the screen and marketing. Film has always been a passion of mine but in high school I lost the passion for it, for everything at that point. I wasn't able to use my camera because it became too old to process and save files, but I kept it up with High School photography class and shooting our sports team for the weekly newspaper.
Once I graduated I worked as an Entertainer (Party Hostess) and retail assistant.
where I help create content for our social media platform and produce product photography.
It wasn't until curiosity about Marvel superheroes films and how they are all connected that I went on a rabbit hole, watched Kevin Smith's Comic Book Men and watched his story. It was like I had a second chance. I actually found my old diary from Primary School which says I AM GOING TO BE A DIRECTOR OF PHOTOGRAPHY **I didnt think I knew what that was at that age :)**
My Approach
My style comes from how I started out, sports photography capturing moments on the fly. Each picture is careful curated to get the best shots and not waste a single click.
Its grown into its own stylised artform, movement, art and documentary.
I have my own gear, everything I need to get the most and best out of your event, by using gear Im confortable with and knows for a fact that it will give me the best lighting for this style.
I dont pose people, I dont ask for anything from them unless its if they would like to say something for the host. Or in portrait its specifically to the photoshoot.
I am a fly on the wall to capture the authentic raw emotions of the event.
I love all things film related documenting the event in both photos and videos gives more than just a memory its a story of the whole event, telling a story.
